To my fellow foodies, I have one word for you… Sapori of Scarsdale! In Italian, Sapori means ‘flavors’ and that explains why this amazing restaurant in the heart of Scarsdale Village is named Sapori! All of their dishes were so flavorful and mouthwatering. There is something for everyone on the menu. Whether you are a meat lover, carb-a-holic or seafood lover, you will be pleasantly surprised with their menu offerings.
For the hard-core carnivores, the Grilled Filet Mignon is a must. It was seasoned perfectly and cooked to the exact temperature I requested. It literally melted in my mouth. Paired with roasted potatoes and sautéed green beans.
For the Pasta lovers this Seafood pasta dish was phenomenal. Made with the most delicious homemade Fettuccini. There are several different types of pasta dishes on the menu but this dish happened to be the pasta of the day.
Tuna Tartare! Now this is a dish that I typically do not gravitate towards however, there was something about it that I knew it was a must try, so I did. Guess what!?! It became my new fave! Topped with avocado puree, soy honey emulsion and taro chips on the side…Perfection!
Aside from the food, their staff is excellent and their new location in Scarsdale, NY is very sleek and modern. If you haven’t been to the Village of Scarsdale you need to check it out.
