With good friends around, every day is a fiesta! Ladiesnight out + sangrias + delicious Mexican cuisine is a recipe for pure happiness. We had an amazing time being hosted at Vega Mexican Cuisine in Hartsdale, New York. Authentic Mexican food, super friendly staff and the freshest guacamole made right in front of you are only a few reasons this is one of my favorite Mexican restaurants in Westchester!
Their Mar y Tierra dish is phenomenal. They have adobe marinated steak, shrimp in a garlic sauce with seasonal vegetables and rice. Need I saymore? Sure… why not! Churrasco, fajitas, shrimp diablo and ceviche. Just to name a few of their mouth-watering dishes.
Now we all know this sweet Mama can’t leave without her dessert. We finished the night with my all time favorite, Churros! These aren’t just any type of churro. They are a stack of fried “pastry” churros with cinnamon, chocolate sauce and topped with ice cream. They were the perfect ending to an amazing night!
Conveniently located walking distance from the Hartsdale train station it is easy to access from just about anywhere. Treat yourself to this restaurant, have a date night, go for happy hour or bring your staff for a holiday party. I promise, it wont disappoint.
