The Naples Zoo is a GREAT place for a family to visit if you are in the Southwest Florida area!
My family and I recently visited the Naples Zoo and it is now one of our all-time favorite places! With their tag line, “Get Closer,” you will understand why after just one visit. You are able to feed the Giraffes, go on a camel ride & much more! I found that this zoo was much more interactive for my 18 month old son and it really grabbed his attention. He had a blast not only interacting with the animals, but he also went on his first boat ride to Monkey Island, got to see the ‘Penguins in Paradise’ and meet some of the Zoo Keepers. The size of the zoo is perfect in the sense that it is not too overwhelming for families with small kids. As soon as we started feeling tired, we realized we were back at the beginning. As an added bonus, the weather is almost always beautiful in Naples. It truly was an AMAZING experience and we will surely be back!
